Terms and Conditions
The terms that explain the scope of our online learning services, booking process, participant responsibilities, and use of this website.
1. About Quenell Faculty and these terms
Quenell Faculty provides online professional training and educational support, including short programs in business management, project and task management, professional communication, team coordination, and career development. These terms apply to use of our website and, together with the written details of a confirmed booking, to our learning services.
Our business began operating on 1 October 2026. The website describes our offering; it does not itself create a paid enrolment. Please review the program description and ask about any point that is important to you before agreeing to a booking. A separately agreed written provision for a particular program takes priority for that provision, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Eligibility and educational scope
The programs are designed for adults aged 18 and over who want to develop general business knowledge or professional working skills. They are independent educational services. They do not constitute an accredited degree, a professional licence, academic credit, regulated advice, or certification by an external professional body unless a specific, independently verifiable arrangement is expressly confirmed in writing.
Course participation does not guarantee a job, promotion, financial gain, business performance improvement, or any particular personal outcome. The value of a learning activity depends in part on participation, practice, the suitability of the topic, and the learner’s circumstances. Legal, tax, investment, medical, and other regulated decisions require appropriately qualified advice.
3. Enquiries and formation of a booking
The course enquiry window is a local preparation tool. It checks the required fields and generates a reference on the visitor’s device, without sending the entries to us. A displayed reference is not proof that we received a message, accepted a learner, or reserved a place. To request a reply, contact us directly using the details at the end of this page.
A booking is formed only when the program, participant arrangement, dates or scheduling process, total fee, and applicable payment terms have been agreed in writing and we have accepted the booking. Before acceptance, we may ask reasonable questions about the requested scope or explain that a program is not suitable for a particular requirement. Availability is confirmed individually.
4. Course scope and fees
The published program fees are fixed amounts in United States dollars per participant for the number of sessions stated. Business Management Foundations is $295 for four 60-minute sessions; Project & Task Management is $245 for three 60-minute sessions; Professional Communication is $195 for two 60-minute sessions; Leadership & Team Coordination is $325 for four 60-minute sessions; and Career Development & Productivity is $175 for two 60-minute sessions.
Each listed program includes the supplied worksheets or templates, its practical exercises, and 14 days of course-related email support after the final session. Any applicable tax is identified before booking. There is no recurring subscription attached to these published fees. A team arrangement, additional participant, extra session, or materially different scope requires a separate written quote and acceptance.
5. Payment and confirmation
The website’s custom sections do not collect payment-card details or take payment. Any accepted service is paid according to the invoice or other payment instructions confirmed separately. Please check the recipient, amount, program, and due date before paying and contact us if an instruction seems inconsistent with our correspondence.
A price change on the website does not retrospectively alter the fee of an already accepted booking. We may correct a clear description or pricing error before accepting a booking and will explain the correction before asking you to proceed. Payment disputes, duplicate payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled using the Cancellation and Complaints Policy and the written booking terms.
6. Delivery, scheduling, and technical requirements
All services described on this website are delivered remotely. Session dates, time zone, joining instructions, and whether the arrangement is individual or part of a small group are confirmed before the course starts. Learners are responsible for a suitable device, reliable internet access, and the ability to use the agreed online platform.
Please tell us before booking if an accessibility adjustment or technical limitation may affect participation. We will discuss reasonable options within the scope of the service. If a material change to delivery is required, we will explain the proposed alternative. When a session cannot be delivered as agreed, the rescheduling and cancellation provisions apply.
7. Participation and appropriate conduct
Participants should arrive on time, take reasonable steps to complete agreed exercises, and communicate respectfully. Do not harass other participants, interfere with a session, distribute harmful software, impersonate someone else, or use learning discussions to disclose another person’s confidential or personal information without authority.
We may pause participation when necessary to address a serious disruption or immediate risk, and will explain the concern and available next steps where reasonable. Any final decision about continued participation and the treatment of fees will take account of the circumstances, the services already delivered, and applicable consumer rights. Honest criticism and a good-faith complaint are not prohibited conduct.
8. Materials and permitted use
Course explanations, worksheets, templates, and other materials supplied by Quenell Faculty are for the participant’s own learning and ordinary application of the skills taught. Participants may keep their notes and use completed planning tools for their own work, subject to any third-party rights clearly identified in a supplied resource.
Do not resell our learning materials, publish them as your own training product, distribute them to people outside the agreed participant group, or record and redistribute sessions without permission. A participant retains rights in original work they independently create. Supplying a learning exercise does not transfer ownership of our underlying templates or another person’s content.
9. Educational support and boundaries
Included support covers reasonable questions about the course topics, supplied materials, and exercises during the program and for 14 days after its final session. It does not include unlimited consulting, implementation work, writing a participant’s assessed work, managing their business, or providing advice outside the educational scope.
Support is normally handled through the communication method agreed for the program. Please allow reasonable business time for a reply; the service does not include continuous or emergency support. If your request extends beyond the included scope, we will explain this before proposing any additional paid work.
10. Cancellations, concerns, and outcomes
The Cancellation and Complaints Policy explains how to cancel before a program, request a reasonable rescheduling arrangement, raise a delivery concern, and seek an appropriate refund or other remedy. If a written booking provides a more favourable cancellation arrangement, that arrangement applies to that booking.
Please report a material problem promptly so that we have a reasonable opportunity to understand it and offer a practical response. We do not require a participant to give up honest review rights or withdraw a legitimate complaint as a condition of discussing a remedy. Nothing in our policies removes rights that the applicable law makes mandatory.
11. Website information and responsibility
We take reasonable care to keep course descriptions, prices, and business details understandable and current. Illustrative photographs communicate learning contexts and should not be treated as identification of particular employees, instructors, or customers. Availability and specific learning arrangements remain subject to written confirmation.
We are responsible for delivering agreed services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by a participant’s independent business decisions, misuse of materials, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. No provision excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to fraud, deliberate misconduct, or mandatory consumer remedies.
12. Governing principles and updates
Our services are administered from Mississippi, United States. To the extent a governing law can be chosen, Mississippi law applies, while mandatory protections available under another applicable law remain unaffected. We encourage the use of the complaint process to resolve concerns, without preventing access to a court, regulator, or other remedy that remains legally available.
We may update these terms for future website use or bookings, with the current version identified by its update date. A material change does not automatically replace the terms of an existing accepted booking without an appropriate agreement or other lawful basis. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to operate to the extent permitted.
